Minos Argyrakis, was also in the crew of Mikis, "illustrating" the songs, with his art work.
Minos, made 8 sketches, the inspiration was the the songs of Mikis and the poems of Yiannis Ritsos "18 Λιανοτράγουδα της πικρής Πατρίδας".
18 lianotragouda tis pikris patridas (18 Short Songs of the Bitter Land, Yiannis Ritsos) is one of the main works, that Mikis wrote in exile.
A memorable live perfomance of "Don't Cry for Greece", captured on film, Songs Of the Fire, directed by Nikos Koundouros, in July 1974,when Mikis returned to Greece-see video. .
